1. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not mean the order is accepted. Rileyspetsdeal accepts the order when the items are processed and shipped. We may cancel an order only in these specific situations: the item is unavailable, the price was listed incorrectly, payment is not authorized, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel an order, we issue a full refund to the original payment method.
2. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. The checkout page shows the total amount you pay. Shipping is free. We do not charge handling fees, restocking fees, or return fees. Accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. If payment fails, the order is not shipped.
3. Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Carrier transit time is 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT begin processing on the next business day. 4. Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Eligible items must be unused, in original packaging, and with seals and labels intact. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are covered under our Return & Refund Policy. We do not charge restocking fees, reset fees, or return handling fees. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Banks and payment providers usually post refunds within 7–10 business days. 5. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustration. Natural treats and chews can vary in size, color, and texture. Customers are responsible for reading product descriptions, ingredient lists, and feeding guidance before purchase. Dog treats and chews are not a substitute for a balanced diet. Always supervise your dog when giving treats or chews. If your dog has a medical condition or food allergy, consult your veterinarian before use.
6. Website use
You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

- Use another person’s payment method without authorization
